Perhaps how to dye with plants, identify and eat invasive species, or how to identify plants in general? Ecologist Aubree Keurajian will tailor a talk to your groups specific interests. Talks $175/hour plus mileage, workshop prices dependent on materials and topic.
Plant Identification Walks
Does your organization, group, or neighborhood want to know more about the plants around you? Schedule a plant identification walk to learn the names of those green friends you pass every day. $250, plus mileage.
Yard consultation
Have you let your yard go wild for wildlife, but now you don’t know what’s what? Or maybe you’re just getting ready to embark on a journey of ungardening. Either way, get personalized attention with a one on one consultation in your own yard (or schoolyard, or business property). $60/hour (plus mileage) in Connecticut. RI, MA, and Eastern NY on a case by case basis. Typically 1 acre takes 1.5 hours.
Project consultation
Are you a land trust or a town looking to produce your own seed founder plots? Or a community garden looking to rewild an area? Maybe a school or fairgrounds considering ways to be more ecologically friendly? Or a nursery wanting to grow locally native plants?
